Description

OCH requires Snow Removal Services for some of the OCH portfolio of properties. These properties are divided into two zones, with each zone each consisting of seven modules with a varying number of properties within each module. There are approximately 156 total sites across the portfolio which require snow removal. Further details regarding the number and locations of properties within specific modules and zones will be made available with the RFP document.

OCH anticipates a three year contract term, with two one year contract extensions at OCH’s discretion.
