STUDENT AND/OR SCHOOL BOARD PHOTOGRAPHY (2019 REFRESH)
The Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) Refresh, with the intent of qualifying photography companies that it deems to meet all of the requirements set out in this document. The qualified companies will then be added to our existing Vendor of Record lists for the provision of school and/or school board photography services for a defined period of time. Only Suppliers from this Vendor of Record list will be eligible to submit quotations for various opportunities on an as, if and when required basis. The OCSB reserves the right to refresh the Vendor of Record list annually by adding companies.
Respondents may provide their qualifications for Part A – Student Photography or Part B – School Board Photography, or both.
The OCSB has approximately 15 high schools and 71 elementary schools throughout the City of Ottawa with approximately 40,000 students. A complete list of our schools and locations can be found on our website www.ocsb.ca
AGREEMENT TERM
Suppliers added to the Vendor or Record list as a result of this Invitation, will be entering into a term of one (1) school year (2019-2020).
It is expressly agreed that the OCSB shall have the option to extend the term for one (1) additional one-year period, and will make their intentions known in writing regarding any potential extension period no later than sixty (60) prior to the expiry date of the initial term.
