TENDER NOTICE
20-1660EC Snow Clearing, Removal and Salt/Grit Services at 19 Sites
The Ottawa Catholic School Board (the “Purchaser”) is calling tenders for Snow Clearing
Removal and Salt/Grit Services at Nineteen (19) Sites.
Contract(s) will be for one winter season (2019-2020). The Purchaser shall have the option to
extend any contract(s) with the successful Respondent(s) for one (1) additional one-year period.
The sites are in the west part of the city (Kanata, Stittsville, Nepean).
It is the intention of the Ottawa Catholic School Board to award a contract or contracts from this solicitation to the Respondent(s) (if any) who offer the best price for each site, provided that based on their Offer, the Respondent’s scope of equipment are adequate for the work described
and their references are suitable, as determined solely by the Ottawa Catholic School Board in
its discretion. Consequently, the Ottawa Catholic School Board shall not be bound to award to the lowest price or any Offer.
The tender package will be available to Bidders on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. The package may be picked up at the Main Reception of the Ottawa Catholic School Board, 570 West Hunt
