SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PAINT AND ACCESSORIES
The Ottawa Catholic School Board invites Suppliers to submit Offers for the supply and delivery of paint and accessories in accordance with the instructions and terms and conditions specified in the Tender document.
The successful Respondent must be able to supply and deliver the products listed in the Tender Price Schedule. The successful Respondent must also provide training sessions for Student Painters and have a Field Representative available to the Purchaser for technical problems that may be encountered, at no cost to the Purchaser.
The successful Respondent must have and maintain a local depot within the City of Ottawa that will carry sufficient stock of all items listed in the Price Schedule to ensure the delivery and pickup requirements as detailed in the Tender document, for the duration of the Contract.
Purchases for paints and accessories for the twelve month period of September 2020 to August 2021 were approximately $79,024.92. This figure is based on past requirements and is not guaranteed. Most of the purchases will be made from May to August on and as, if and when required basis, with additional purchases being made throughout the year.
Any Contract awarded shall commence on May 1, 2022 and shall be completed on or about April 30, 2023 to the full satisfaction of the Purchaser. It is expressly agreed that the Purchaser shall have the option to extend any contract made with the successful Respondent for one (1) additional one-year period.
