SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PAINT AND ACCESSORIES
The Ottawa Catholic School Board is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of paint and
accessories in accordance with the instructions and terms and conditions specified in the
Tender document. The contract will be for a 1-year period, and will be subject to two (2)
optional 1-year extensions.
The successful Respondent must be able to supply and deliver the products listed in the Tender
Price Schedule. The successful Respondent must also provide training sessions for Student
Painters and have a Field Representative available to the Purchaser for technical problems that
may be encountered, at no cost to the Purchaser.
The successful Respondent must have and maintain a local depot within the City of Ottawa that
will carry sufficient stock of all items listed in the Price Schedule to ensure the delivery and
pickup requirements as detailed in the Tender document, for the duration of the Contract.
Purchases for paints and accessories for the twelve month period of September 2017 to August
2018 were approximately $47,000. This figure is based on past requirements and are not
guaranteed. Most of the purchases will be made from May to August on and as, if and when
required basis, with additional purchases being made throughout the year.
