18-1621EC PEST MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB), on behalf of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) and itself, herein referred to as the “Purchaser”, invites Offers for the supply of PEST MANAGEMENT SERVICES, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions, and Scope of Work specified in the attached Tender documents. The tender documents can be found on MERX (www.merx.com). Respondents are required to include with their Offer: - a valid Ontario Pesticide Operators Licence - proof of 3 employees being licensed as exterminators in both landscape and structural pesticide application under the Pesticide Act - current WSIB Ont. Clearance certificate The duration of any contract awarded shall be one (1) year. The Purchaser shall have the option to extend any contract with the successful Respondent for two (2) additional oneyear periods. This procurement is subject to CFTA. Submissions are required to be in English.
Offers shall be submitted ONLY to: Ottawa Catholic School Board Main Reception Desk c/o Purchasing and Administrative Services 570 West Hunt Club Rd Nepean, Ontario K2G 3R4 NO LATER THAN 2:00:00 p.m. local time on the 25th day of January, 2018. A public opening will be held at this date, time and location.
