TENDER NOTICE
20-1664EC GROUNDS SWEEPING
The Ottawa Catholic School Board (the “Purchaser”) is calling tenders for Grounds Sweeping for approximately 90 sites within the city of Ottawa.
Any Contract awarded shall commence on award of Contract and be completed on or about October 31, 2020. The Purchaser shall have the option to extend any contract with the successful Respondents for one (1) additional one-year period.
It is the intention of the Ottawa Catholic School Board to award a contract or contracts from this solicitation to the Respondent(s) (if any) who offer the best price for each site, provided that based on their Offer, the Respondent’s scope of equipment are adequate for the work described and their references are suitable, as determined solely by the Ottawa Catholic School Board in its discretion. Consequently, the Ottawa Catholic School Board shall not be bound to award to the lowest price or any Offer.
The tender package will be available to Bidders on Friday, October 25, 2019. The package may be picked up at the Main Reception of the Ottawa Catholic School Board, 570 West Hunt Club Road, Nepean between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. For inquiries call 613-224-4455 ext. 2189.
There is NO fee for the tender package.
The tender will close at 2:00:00 pm November 6, 2019.
