RFT- 21-1683KV - Glass Supply and Installation

The Ottawa Catholic School Board is coordinating this Invitation to Tender as part of a cooperative initiative between the following Participants: le Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE), le Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO), and the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB), herein referred to as the “Purchaser”. Experienced Glass Contractors are invited to submit Offers for the supply of all of the goods and services specified, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in the attached Tender documents.

The successful Respondent will be responsible for Glass and Window Supply, Installation or Repair on an “as if and when required” basis.

Combined purchases (including labour) by the three (3) School Boards for the period of September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2020 were approximately $160,263.23

Contract Term
Any Contract awarded shall commence upon award and shall be completed on or about August 31, 2021 to the full satisfaction of the Purchaser.
