Description

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the OCSB) is seeking Proposals for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support our approximate 5,000 Board employees and/or their dependants in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in the RFP document.

Respondents must be licenced to practice and provide the required services in Ontario.
Any Contract will begin approximately February 1, 2020 and shall be completed on or about January 31, 2023. It is expressly agreed that the Purchaser shall have the option to extend any Contract made with the successful Respondent for one (1) additional two-year period.
