23-1736GK Data Cabling Contractors Prequalification
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Ottawa Catholic School Board (the “Purchaser”, “OCSB”, the “Board”) to prospective respondents to prequalify for bidding opportunities on various data cabling projects over the next three (3) years beginning August 1st 2023 to July 31st 2026. The Board is seeking experienced network and telecommunications data cabling contractors with expertise in the installation, termination, and maintenance of data closet infrastructure, and network cabling. Contractors who successfully meet the qualifications will be considered for providing data cabling services in new school buildings, extensions, or refurbishment projects.
Respondents must submit one (1) signed original of their Bid submission.
Respondents shall submit their Offers on the Tender Offer form provided and in a properly addressed, sealed envelope which clearly identifies on its face:
1. the name and address of the Ottawa Catholic School Board;
2. the Tender Offer number and name;
3. the Closing date and time;
4. the Respondent’s name and return address
