REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
SUPPLY NINE (9) NEW 4X4 PICKUP TRUCKS 2019

The Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport Authority (OMCIAA) is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms interested in supplying nine (9) pickup trucks to the OMCIAA.

Four (4) ½ ton 4x4 crew cabs
Two (2) ¾ ton 4x4 crew cabs
One (1) ¾ ton 4x4 regular cab
Two (2) 1 ton 4x4 dual rear wheels regular cab

The Proponent will be responsible for all activities associated with the supply and delivery of the pickup trucks to meet the current and future needs of the Airport. The equipment proposed should comply as closely as possible with the Specifications.

In the selection of the successful Product and Vendor, interested firms must provide a Proposal which clearly demonstrates:

Compliance with the Specifications; and
Provision of Value Added Items.

Request for Proposal documents will be available as of August 12, 2019 at the following website yow.bonfirehub.ca/login

Sealed Proposal documents will be received as noted in the Request for Proposal document up to no later than 14:00:00 hours (local time) on September 10, 2019.

Event Note

The OMCIAA has nine (9) vehicles that shall be considered trade-in. Proponents are invited to view the vehicles on August 28, 2019 between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at the Hendrick Building located at 2086 Alert Road. Vehicle Descriptions are provided on Bonfire. Trade-in vehicles shall be available to the successful proponent within six (6) weeks delivery of each of the units to allow for equipment installation in new vehicles. Proponents are required to submit a trade-in value per vehicle on the Bid Table on Bonfire.

Due to the logistics of getting nine working vehicles in one location for viewing, Proponents must indicate their intention to attend the viewing. If no Proponents confirm attendance, the viewing will be cancelled. Viewing is not mandatory, only intention to attend is mandatory. Proponents must contact Cheryl Chaykowski at Cheryl.chaykowski@yow.ca to confirm attendance no later than 15:00 hours August 27, 2019.
