Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select multiple (maximum 3) Advertising Agencies to provide services on an as and when required basis relating to requirements at the Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport. The duration of any agreement(s) resulting from this RFP shall be for an initial term of two (2) years plus two (2) individual one (1) year options to be elected by mutual consent.

Interested firms are required to provide a Request for Proposal (RFP) submission that clearly demonstrates:

Previous Corporate experience;
Experience of Key Personnel assigned to the work;
How Services will be delivered;
Location from which services will be delivered.

Sealed submissions will be received at the address noted in the RFP documents until no later than 14:00:00 hours (local time) on November 23, 2017.
