The Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport Authority (OMCIAA) is inviting detailed Requests for Proposals from firms specializing in a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Payroll Replacement. The solution will be a scalable solution that focuses specifically on the elements listed below. The successful Proponent will be required to provide all things necessary to effectively and efficiently deliver the required solution.
