The Ottawa International Airport Authority (OIAA) is seeking a Contractor to provide superior quality workmanship for the Fire Hall Bunker Gear Storage Project. The successful Contractor will be required to supply all labour, materials, supervision, tools, supplies and all things necessary to perform the Work in accordance with the Specifications and as generally described in the Tender documents. The Fire Hall Bunker Gear Storage project will include replacing bunker gear infrastructure with new. Relocating washer and dryer out from bunker room (room 110) into workshop (room 113). Transform workshop 113 into a “gear washing room” including adding one 3-basin sink. Oversize both doors 110 and 113 and connect onto fire alarm system.
