Description

The Ottawa International Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is issuing a Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEI”) in order to assess levels of interest from potential developers/tenants of certain lands (“Gateway Lands”) forming part of the Ottawa International Airport (the “Airport”), as well as to assess potential business models through which the Gateway Lands may be developed.

The Gateway Lands comprise approximately 100 acres in aggregate, and are capable of supporting up to 2 million square feet of mixed-use development.
