Description

This Request for Supplier Qualification ("RFSQ") is an invitation to suppliers (the “Proponents”) to submit proposals (the “Proposals”) for Mental Health and Addictions Measurement Based Care Solutions (MBC) to qualify for a Vendor of Record (“VOR”).

This RFSQ is issued by Ontario Health, an agency established by the Government of Ontario, on behalf of itself and the following participants (the “Participants”):

The five Interim and Transitional Regions (West, Central, Toronto, East, and North), which consists of the existing 14 Local Health System Integration Network (“LHIN”) geographic boundaries as set out presently in the LHIN’s governing legislation. The health and community care providers within the above

Mental Health and Addictions Measurement Based Care Solutions (MBC) will provide insight into treatment progress, facilitate communication between the therapist and client, reduce symptom deterioration, improve client outcomes, and support stepping up to a higher intensity of service, as required. The information collected will also include those identified in the provincial dataset and shared in the provincial repository to support systems planning.

MBC is a core component of the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program and the information collected will include those identified in the provincial dataset and shared in the provincial repository to support systems planning.

The Goal of this RFSQ is to:

Identify existing ‘commercial off-the-shelf’ Solutions in the market that are designed to meet information security standards and applicable laws including the Ontario Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (“PHIPA”).
Identify existing technology Solutions that can be used by the client and support health care providers to deliver efficient care.
Validate that the Proponent’s business and clinical outcomes achieved to date are scalable to the Ontario marketplace.
Create efficiency and costs savings by establishing this VOR arrangement on behalf of the participants, allowing solutions to be procured and implemented in Ontario.
Understand the extent of ’live’ MBC solution implementations and evidence of effectiveness.
