2017OTN0075 - Media Planning and Marketing Agency Services

To support OTN’s leadership role in the virtual care space and its increasingly varied priorities, OTN requires access to a media placement agency to do media buys to support the distribution of its videos and to advertise its various initiatives (including but not limited to print, radio, social and digital).
OTN is looking to leverage the expertise and contractual agreements of a Media Planning and Marketing Agency to meet the following objectives:
1) Provide a strategic media plan outlining the various media channels to maximize the effectiveness and outreach of the marketing campaign.
2) Implement the media plan, including, but not limited to, the selection and distribution to appropriate cable TV access in Ontario to broadcast in early 2018 two pre-produced 60-second videos, as well as digital media placement, radio, print, out of home media, and a social push to support broader OTN awareness, targeting specific OTN priorities.
3) Provide viewership data to verify that the campaign has effectively reach the appropriate viewership, including but not limited to, impressions /impact and audience reach.
