00011061 - Uniforms & Flight Suits

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Ornge for our uniform requirements including but not limited to flight suits, two-piece manager uniforms, 3 in 1 high visibility jackets, winter wear and parkas (and any other uniform items Ornge may require in future). Some cresting of garments will be required before distribution.

Each unionized Ornge employee is entitled to receive clothing items. In addition, each unionized employee is entitled to an annual allocation of uniform components. Ordering by individual employees should be available via an online portal for the following employee groups:

1. Rotor Wing Pilots;
2. Fixed Wing Pilots;
3. AMEs;
4. Paramedics;
5. OCC; and
6. Base and OCC Management.
