Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Transport Infusion Pumps, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Ornge requires transport infusion pumps in fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft and critical care land ambulances. The transport infusion pumps must function safely for transport setting in various weather conditions and temperatures; the specifications and features must include mounting options, medication libraries and smart medication safety options.

Ornge currently utilizes BD BodyGuard infusion pumps for day-to-day operations. As part of the RFQ requirements, Ornge requires a quotation for a trade-in program to replace the existing infusion pumps.

Ornge is a family of companies incorporated federally. Ornge provides air and land ambulance services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health. Additional information about Ornge is available at: www.ornge.ca.
