Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Patient Land Transfer Services predominantly within the Greater Kingston Area (GKA) as further described in RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
Ornge is seeking for primary care provider(s) to transport patients generally from airports within the Greater Kingston Area (GKA) to their final point of care/destination, normally a designated receiving hospital, health care facility or airport.
It is the intention of Ornge to enter into negotiations with multiple selected proponents as a result of this RFQ. Ornge’s form of contract, which will form the basis for any contract negotiation, is attached as Appendix A.
Ornge provides air and land ambulance services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health. Additional information about Ornge is available at: www.ornge.ca.
