Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective respondents to
submit non-binding quotations for Chemical (Non-Biomedical) Hazardous Management, as
further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Ornge is seeking a primary and secondary service provider to provide chemical (non-biomedical)
hazardous waste management to Ornge’s bases.

The primary service provider will be assigned to provide goods and services to Ornge on an
ongoing basis and under the same terms and conditions; the secondary service provider is the
backup provider if the primary service provider cannot provide the goods and services required.

Ornge is a family of companies incorporated federally. Ornge provides air and land ambulance
services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health. Additional information about
