This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by Ornge for their Employee Group Benefits Program, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Submission of proposals must follow the terms and conditions set out in this RFP.  The preparation and issuance of this RFP is part of a competitive process in order to fulfill governance responsibilities and partner with a benefits plan service provider that can best deliver the current benefits program to enhance Ornge’s employee value proposition.
Ornge is a family of companies incorporated federally.  Ornge provides air and land ambulance services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health.  Additional information about Ornge is available at: www.ornge.ca.

Currently, the Ornge program sponsors benefits for approximately 600 union and non-union members.
