Description

This Request for Proposals (this “RFP”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the lease of one AgustaWestland AW139 helicopter (as more specifically described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix C), the “Aircraft”).

The Aircraft is required to be in service not later than October 1, 2018 and should be available for delivery to Ornge not later than June 6, 2018 with the minimum configuration described in the Mandatory Requirements Worksheet (Annex 2).

Ornge is a family of companies, some incorporated federally and others in the Province of Ontario. Ornge provides air and land ambulance services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
