2018-007-COMPL/kn - Workplace Recovery Facilities and Related Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Ontario Pension Board (“OPB”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for workplace recovery facilities and related services to support the continued operation of business systems and services for forty (40) OPB employees (inclusive of third-party service providers) should its primary work location be uninhabitable, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The proponent will be expected to have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience delivering workplace recovery services to businesses located in Ontario and will provide:

• a primary recovery workplace within (or close to) the Greater Toronto Area;
• a secure computing infrastructure which supports timely connectivity to OPB’s recovery systems;
• a telephony service to support a redirect of OPB’s calls, with automated call distribution to various queues within the recovery space;
• voicemail service for afterhours calls (and overflow calls, where possible);
• facsimile, print and copy services;
• facilities and support services for weekend IT and business continuity testing; and
• all OPB data to be maintained within Canada and the United States.
