3. How to Obtain Relevant Documents

OPB anticipates posting the RFP on electronic Canadian public tendering systems (MERX and Biddingo) in July 2018. Interested suppliers are encouraged to monitor Canadian public electronic tendering systems for the formal posting of the RFP and are asked not to contact OPB for posting information.

4. Description of Procurement

Workplace Recovery Facilities and Related Services

OPB will be inviting interested suppliers to submit a proposal for the provision of a recovery workplace for forty (40) OPB employees (inclusive of third-party service providers) should its primary work location be uninhabitable.

The supplier will be expected to have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience delivering workplace recovery services in Ontario and will provide:

• a primary recovery workplace within (or close to) the Greater Toronto Area;
• a secure computing infrastructure which supports timely connectivity to OPB’s recovery systems;
• a telephony service to support a redirect of OPB’s calls, with automated call distribution to various queues within the recovery space;
• voicemail service for afterhours calls (and overflow calls, where possible);
• facsimile, print and copy services;
• facilities and support services for weekend IT and business continuity testing; and
• all OPB data to be maintained within Canada and the United States.
