Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Ontario Pension Board (“OPB”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for legal services on an as-and-when-required basis to support OPB needs as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”) in the following streams:

Stream A – Corporate Finance and Tax;
Stream B – Cybersecurity;
Stream C – Governance and General Corporate;
Stream D – Human Resources and Labour Relations;
Stream E – Information Technology and Security;
Stream F – Investments;
Stream G – Pensions;
Stream H – Privacy; and
Stream I – Public Procurement.

The proponent may propose for one (1) or multiple streams.
The proponent must be licensed to practice in Ontario.
