This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Ontario Pension Board (“OPB”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Ethics Hotline and Case Management Services to support OPB’s Policy on Reporting Suspected Wrongdoing, encourage disclosures of suspected wrongdoing in a secure and anonymous manner (to the extent permitted by law) and maintain an auditable record of all reports made. The reporting system will consist of both a telephone hotline and online reporting tool available on a twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, 365 days a year (“24x7x365”) basis.
