Ontario Northland, an Agency of the Province of Ontario, was established in 1902 and is a recognized leader in promoting sustainable economic growth by establishing and operating transportation links, primarily in Northeastern Ontario. With approximately 1,000 employees who live and work in the North, Ontario Northland and the economic activity it stimulates, has a dramatic impact in the region.
Ontario Northland maintains over 100 bridges and 2000 culverts spread across 700 miles of track exposed to the Northern Ontario climate. Ontario Northland is conducting the rehabilitation of the culvert located at Mile 16.34 on the Ramore Subdivision; we are requesting proposals for the culvert rehabilitation project at this location (see Appendix 1). Contractors are invited to submit bids on the tender. Mobilization to site is scheduled to commence on September 11, 2017 and the project is to be completed by November 30, 2017. All submissions must be submitted by:
2:00 p.m. local time on August 25, 2017
The work to be completed under the tender consists of supplying all the materials and labour to complete the culvert installation.
Mandatory Site Visit – August 10, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. – Register prior to August 8, 2017.
The parties will meet at the Englehart Station.
