Additional Bidding Instructions

This proposal is to be strictly electronic and will comprise of a "two envelope" system, to be titled as the "Technical Section" and the "Cost Section". The Engineer shall submit only an electronic copy of their proposal via email. The electronic submission must include one (1) PDF file that includes the Technical Section and one (1) PDF file that includes a password-protected Cost Section. ALL information related to cost is to be contained in the "Cost Section" only. The Consultant MUST NOT provide the password for the Cost Section until requested by the Project Team.
