This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a proposal for the provision of testing services of INSTANT lottery tickets and for independent and unbiased consultations related to the quality, security and integrity and marketability characteristics of instant game tickets for OLG’s Ticket Security Department.
OLG will be seeking proponents to be supplier(s) of these services to OLG for a minimum of five (5) years with the option to extend for three (3) additional one-year terms at OLG’s sole discretion.

At the conclusion of the RFP evaluation process, Respondent(s) will be identified and may be invited to negotiate agreement(s) with OLG.
