RFP 1617-029 - Technical Advisory & Engineering Support Services

Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is issuing this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) to procure the services of a multidisciplinary architectural, engineering and technical advisory services firm.

All Respondents intending to respond to the RFP are invited to attend a Respondents’ Briefing Session on March 7, 2017 at 12:00 noon at 250 Windsor Avenue, Windsor Ontario as per the details set out in the RFP.
 
Respondents must notify by email the OLG Procurement Contact by 2:00 PM on Monday, March 7, 2017 with the names and positions of all representatives expected to attend.
 
In order to supply the services contemplated in this RFP for a gaming site, Respondents are required to be registered pursuant to the Gaming Control Act, 1992 and the regulations thereunder. If the Respondent is not registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO"), for whatever reason, within the time frame specified by OLG, or fails to maintain its registration with the AGCO in good order, for whatever reason, then OLG shall be entitled to terminate any agreement or arrangement immediately upon the vendor being refused registration or failing to produce valid proof of registration with the AGCO in a form satisfactory to OLG, or upon cancellation or suspension of its registration, as the case may be.

The Respondent must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to gaming in Canada and Ontario, including any necessary registration requirements under the Gaming Control Act, 1992, and its regulations. Each Respondent shall certify to OLG in a form satisfactory to OLG that the Respondent is a registrant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") pursuant to the Gaming Control Act, 1992 and its regulations.

The Proposals shall be received before April 5, 2017 at 2:00:00 PM (ET).
