1920-025 - Short-Term Disability Claim Management Services

OLG is looking to engage a service provider to implement and administer a disability management program for all employees.

The Disability Management Program is intended to support OLG by providing comprehensive case management services (for medically supported absences, as a result of injury, illness or disability and/or may require workplace accommodations), with the goal of clarifying an Employee’s capacity to perform the tasks of his/her job, identifying barriers or potential barriers to returning to work, providing specific restrictions and limitations and duration of same, and coordinating and/or providing services with a strategy to facilitate a timely return-to-work or appropriate case resolution.
