OLG Responsible Gambling PlaySmart Training Program
In this Request for Information (RFI), OLG is interested in understanding the options that are available in respect of both the development and delivery of the OLG Responsible Gambling PlaySmart Training Program.
OLG is interested in a Service Provider that has the following capabilities:
- to develop multi-level, unified and scenario - based training modules (at least six modules);
- to deliver the modules through various platforms and methods through various methods and channels, including different Learning Management Systems, instructor-led (both online and in person) and through self- directed learning; and
- to develop a learning assessment system, automated trainees feedback system and training evaluation system to measure the outputs, outcomes and impacts of the training program.
In addition, OLG would prefer that the training modules be designed in such a way that they can be layered to accommodate new policies and trends in responsible gambling and has the functionality to be paused or temporarily stopped and resumed later.
Respondents who meet these capabilities will be invited to make a presentation to OLG via web conferencing. The RFI Presentations shall consist of Respondents making a brief presentation summarizing the Respondent’s capabilities to develop and deliver Responsible Gambling training modules.
