This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to prospective Respondents to submit a proposal outlining their organization’s ability and experience to support OLG with the management, design, build, deployment, training and support of the Microsoft cloud products and related cloud infrastructure. This expertise is required for the entire suite of Microsoft Cloud products, which includes, but is not limited to; Azure, Exchange, NET, etc.
The goal of this Managed Services RFP is to supplement the current OLG skill-set in order to meet forthcoming business needs.
Through this RFP process, OLG is looking to select up to four (4) vendor(s) to form a Vendor of Record Roster (VOR Roster) to perform these services. OLG will contract with the successful Respondent(s) for a three (3) year term with the option to extend for four (4) additional one (1) year periods at OLG’s sole discretion. The successful Respondent(s) may be leveraged to support OLG’s development needs utilizing the Microsoft Cloud (Office 365 as well as Microsoft Azure cloud) offerings. Projects will be identified on an as required and as needed basis as OLG’s needs develop throughout the contracted relationship.
OLG has a contracted relationship with Microsoft for the purchase of cloud licensing services and support as well as reseller discounts already established.
