This RFQ is an invitation to prospective Suppliers to submit a response for Janitorial Services for OLG’s Head Office in Sault Ste. Marie. The Initial Term will be ONE (1) YEAR and may be renewed, in OLG’s sole discretion, for up to FOUR (4) successive periods of 12 MONTHS.
The services shall be performed primarily throughout evening hours, except as specified within the work schedule or for emergency services, with minimal interruption to business operations. The services to be provided will support the cleaning schedules outlined and the Supplier shall be responsible for managing the completion of the work accordingly. Supplier performance shall be managed by OLG on an ongoing basis throughout the business relationship to ensure service levels are being met.
OLG occupies space within Roberta Bondar Place at 70 Foster Drive in both the East and West Tower units. The East Tower consists of eight (8) floors of which OLG occupies seven (7) floors, excluded is the 6th floor. The West Tower is occupied by OLG on Ground Floor only. This is subject to change, at the sole discretion of OLG, at any time during the term of the services.
