RFP#1617-056: Office Technologies and Managed Services
The objective of this RFP is for OLG to select a technology partner to procure various IT related technologies including maintenance and support of new and existing technologies and value added services.
OLG IT determines its own corporate standards for technology and purchases directly or through its own leasing affiliate, OLG Assets Corporation, as appropriate. OLG currently manages its assets internally and provides user support for the entire corporation through an in-house IT Service Centre. Maintenance and support for PCs and other related peripheral devices is provided across Ontario through OLG’s IT Service Centre, which provides incident data to the Respondent’s dispatch centre.
The term with the Successful Respondent will be for a period of five (5) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional years at OLG’s sole discretion.
We anticipate that the Respondent will work with various Manufacturers on behalf of OLG to secure appropriate discounts on the Products covered under this RFP.
