The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) roster of (3) three qualified suppliers to provide INSTANT Ticket and Graphic Design Services to OLG on an as requested basis.
Services required include, but are not limited to: 1.INSTANT Ticket Design Services, 2.Graphic Design Services, 3.Lottery Game Design Services and 4.Other Creative Communications Development and Production Services
B.1.: SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
A Respondent must complete and submit the Specific Requirements Table provided in the document 1819-043 RFP INSTANT Ticket and Graphic Design Services (VOR) – Final with their submission to this RFP.
If a Respondent cannot respond with a “Yes” to ALL of the Specific Requirements listed below, then they should not respond to this RFP since its Stage 1 score may not meet the Sectional Threshold and its Proposal will not be considered further.
B1.1 OLG requires the Respondent to have a minimum of (5) five years experience in product/package design and artwork finishing services as it relates to the preparation of artwork for foil, card, Mylar and/or other substrates for lithographic/off-set and flexographic presses.
B1.2 OLG requires the Respondent to have a minimum of (5) five years experience in the design and development of digital advertising, signage and videos that can be leveraged across multiple platforms (screens) including and not limited to: mobile, tablet, computer, OLG customer display unit (CDU), media screens at retail, etc.
B1.3 OLG requires the Respondent to have security controls in place to ensure that OLG information assets are protected i.e. as OLG information is transferred or stored during the term of the contract.
B1.4 OLG requires the Respondent to have the ability to create final art files in the Adobe Suite (primarily Illustrator for the main design and Photoshop for linked graphics), and the ability to upload them as zipped files to OLG ticket printers.
