RFP 1819-031 Design and Manufacture of Merchandising Display Goods and Services

This Request for Proposals is an invitation to prospective vendors (each a “Respondent”) to submit a proposal to meet OLG’s requirements for the provision of Point of Sale Display Merchandising product design and manufacturing services to support OLG’s Lottery line of business. It is the intent that any contract(s) resulting from this RFP will be effective for five (5) years.

Mandatory Requirements
Respondent must complete the Mandatory Requirements table in Attachment 5 to Schedule B of the RFP. If the Respondent cannot respond with a “Yes” to the following 2 Mandatory Requirements, then they should not respond to this RFP:

1. Manufacturing - Respondent must confirm they have been operating as a Point Sale Display Merchandisers manufacturer for a minimum of 5 years and, their Point of Sale Display manufacturing billings exceed $8 million dollars per year (as averaged over the past three years).
2. Design - Respondent must confirm that their design team is in-house and has been designing Merchandise Displays for the past 5 years.
