RFP#1718-063 Banking Services – MERX Description
OLG will be selecting a vendor for the provision of Banking Services which include banking and cash management services for OLG’s Land Based Gaming, Lottery, iGaming, Charitable Gaming (cGaming) lines of business and OLG’s Corporate Services division.
Specific Requirements
Respondent must complete and submit the Specific Requirements Table in the attached RFP 1718-063 Banking Services – Non-Disclosure Agreement and Specific Requirements document, to the OLG Contact, Vince Albanese at valbanese@OLG.ca.
If the Respondent cannot respond with a “Yes” to all of the specific requirements listed in the C1.0 Specific Requirements Table attached, then they should not respond to this RFP.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
As a condition to gaining access to the various confidential information, a Respondent must submit to the OLG Contact listed, a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) along with the completed Specific Requirements Table.
All sections highlighted in yellow in the NDA must be filled out by the Respondent, signed and emailed to the OLG Contact listed above. No changes to the NDA wording will be considered.
The OLG Contact will log the NDA as being received and send an OLG signed version back to the Respondent with the Schedules E through H along with the Pricing Template.
If the signed NDA and completed Specific Requirements Table are not received via email by the OLG Contact prior to the Submission Deadline, the Respondent will not be prequalified to respond to the RFP because they will not have received the required information to develop a proper proposal.
