RFPOEBEGB02222024 - Employee Group Benefits Insurer

The OEB is soliciting Bids from Vendors for the administration of the OEB’s Group Benefits Plan and is seeking one (1) insurance carrier to provide services and Deliverables for a term of five (5) years (subject to rate renewal), with an optional extension for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms, exercisable at the OEB’s sole discretion.
The OEB is conducting an open competitive procurement to ensure that the OEB is receiving the best services for its employees and value for money.

All participating  vendors must execute and submit the Appendix E (Confidentiality Form) to the OEB Contact prior to the Bid Deadline in order to obtain access to the statistical data package, Group Insurance Marketing - Questionnaire and Appendix C (Price Form), which includes the completed costing Excel spreadsheet.  The statistical data package and Group Insurance Marketing - Questionnaire and Appendix C (Price Form) will be released after the submission of a completed/signed Appendix E (Confidentiality Form) is issued.  All Appendix E (Confidentiality Forms) must be sent to Mark Jones via email at mark.jones@oeb.ca before all proceeding documents can be released.
