Services disconnection,
Material sampling and testing
Loose fixtures and fittings removal
Demolition and material disposal of the building, its contents and the building piles.In addition these cost estimates must cover:-

Site remediation and
Recommendations for safe, effective and efficient removal of existing connected services.
