21704 - Janitorial Services - Yellowknife

The Contractor agrees to furnish all labour, materials (with the exception of those stated within), tools, and equipment necessary for the performance of the cleaning work in accordance with the cleaning requirements, at the times provided for in a careful workmanlike manner.
The present cleaning area is comprised of the following sections, all of which are located at Jackfish Diesel Generation Plant.

1. Administration Office (two floors) – offices, washrooms (2), coffee area, boardroom, office area, hallways & stairs.
2. B1 Building (one floor) – offices, washrooms (1), coffee area and hallway.
3. Cat Plant (two floors) – two offices upstairs, hallways (2), control room, washroom.
4. K-Plant (one floor) – offices, control room, lunch room, change room, washroom, showers and hallways (2).
5. Warehouse – washroom, offices (2)
6. Line Building – offices, lunchroom, change room, laundry room, washroom, stairwell, hallways (2).
