The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (“NTPC”) is requesting Proposals from
qualified bidders (“Proponents”) to perform a raise of the Cascades Power Canal dyke’s
concrete core wall by 0.5m. Necessary work will include the removal of surrounding
rockfill, drilling, dowel and top steel placement, shoring, concrete mixing and pouring and
site clean-up.
