Northwest Territories Power Corporation (“NTPC”) is requesting quotations to select a vendor to provide a utility bucket truck.
These specifications are not intended as complete design specifications to be used for design and manufacture. It is left to the manufacturer to provide all components not specifically mentioned herein in keeping with good engineering practice. In addition, the equipment must comply with the most current version of the “Northwest Territories Highway Traffic Act”, “Canada Motor Vehicle Act”, the “Construction Safety Act”, the “Occupational Health and Safety Act”, regulation #312-91 and CSA C225-2010 and CSA C225 M88 for stability.
All trucks shall be to the manufacturer’s standards. They shall be equipped with all manufacturer’s equipment and accessories, which are included as standard in the advertised literature for the unit. No such item or equipment shall be removed or omitted because it is not specified in this document.
Units are to be delivered in turnkey condition, with all necessary vehicle and equipment qualifications and certificates (NDT Testing and Die-Electric).
Multiple sets of operators, parts, and maintenance manuals are to be supplied. NTPC to perform a final inspection prior to delivery to ensure compliance.
Quote shall be received by 14:00 hours (Hay River local time) on June 16, 2022 (Closing / Submission Date).
