Description

The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (“NTPC”) is requesting Proposals from qualified bidders (“Proponents”) to supply material and labor to upgrade the fuel system inside the plant, including replacing the day tanks, installing a fuel level control column, replacing piping, valves, fuel coolers, upgrading the existing fuel control panel and wiring for the new cooler, and all work and materials indicated in scope of work to complete fully functional systems.

In addition to the fuel system upgrade, the scope of work will also include a cooling system upgrade (including replacing the radiators and associated piping for two of the generators) and an HVAC system upgrade (adding relief dampers to the building).
