The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (NTPC) owns and operates transmission lines in the Northwest Territories, including L-150 and L-199, both lines originally built using aluminum tower structures to support the overhead conductor. There are insufficient number of towers in stock and may reduce NTPC’s ability to repair the transmission lines in the event of a storm or unexpected event damaging one of the transmission towers.

The project scope of work includes the fabrication of the type and quantity of steel towers listed in the RFP package.
