Description

L-191 Structure Replacement – The work site is located as shown below at the Snare Hydro facilities, 150 km Northwest of Yellowknife, NWT. L-191 is an existing 115 kV transmission line from Snare Rapids to Snare Falls, which was built in the 50’s of last century. The entire 63 structures of the line were H-frames and three pole structures consisting of wooden poles. Because the structures are close to the end of the lifetime, they will be replaced in phases. This project will replace 10 structures.
