Description

The NTPC Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiaries “NTPC” are requesting Proposals from qualified bidders (“Proponents”) to provide multidisciplinary engineering and project management services to support the planning, development and execution of capital projects.

The purpose of this RFP is to assess and identify both a qualified contractor to act as a 1. Alliance Partner, and 2‐3 other qualified contractors to act as 2. Implementation Partners. Both relationships are expected to span 2‐3 years in duration.

The Alliance is partnering relationship with a single engineering firm to help in the early stages of project development. The scope of this partnership is focused on:

The Front‐End Engineering and Design (FEED) work required to develop firm business commitment,
 project support for the smaller and short term (sustaining) projects and
 Assume roles on the owners team for major projects.
 The Implementation partnering relationships will focus on delivering larger projects from the onset
of feasibility work through to commissioning and close out.
