Purpose
Northern College is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of this RFP for Architects of Record for Northern College. The Architects of Record will provide architectural services to all Northern College campuses in Timmins, Kirkland Lake, Temiskaming Shores and Moosonee on an as-needed basis.

Project Description
The Architects of Record will provide architectural services to all Northern College campuses in Timmins, Kirkland Lake, Temiskaming Shores and Moosonee on an as-needed basis. This RFP is directed at single firms and not joint venture or partnerships of firms as prime consultant
Primarily, the Architect will provide architectural services for, but not limited to, building alterations or repairs that require the professional expertise of an architectural or engineering firm.
