Project Description:
Northern College is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of this RFP for a Landscape Architect firm to provide landscape design services for the south courtyard location at the Timmins Campus, 4715 Highway 101 East, South Porcupine, ON P0N1H0.

See Schedule A1 & accompanying photos for further information.

The intent of the project is to complete exterior landscaping renovations to the south courtyard at the Timmins Campus. The project shall be planned and constructed in a manner that supports the principles of sustainability and educational facility principles within the assigned project scope and budget. In addition, the design must be in accordance with the most current AODA standards.
